RCCG The Word Assembly is the Provincial Headquarters of Lagos Province 3, a role it officially assumed on September 1, 2024. Before this elevation, the church served as the Zonal Headquarters of Lagos Province 3, actively supporting the spiritual growth and administrative functions of the province. Its promotion came as a result of the former headquarters, Victory House, being elevated to the Regional Headquarters of Region 54.

All glory to God Almighty for His boundless grace and mercy upon our lives and His church, The Redeemed Christian Church of God, The Word Assembly. It is a great blessing to witness the work of God in this assembly, where the Word of God is the foundation and guiding light for all.

RCCG The Word Assembly is deeply rooted in the Word of God, guided by John 1:1-2 (KJV): "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God." This emphasis on the transformative power of God's Word shapes the church's mission and values, focusing on spiritual growth, community outreach, and equipping believers for service.

As the Provincial Headquarters, RCCG The Word Assembly plays a pivotal role in leading and coordinating the various parishes under its jurisdiction, ensuring that the gospel message continues to flourish across the region. The church remains committed to its foundational calling, while embracing its expanded responsibility within the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG).

To accomplish No. 2 and 3 above, we will plant churches within five minutes walking distance in every city and town of developing countries and within five minutes driving distance in every city and town of developed countries

Digging Deep

Don't Try to Outrun God

God makes everything beautiful in His time (Ecclesiastes 3:11). The pursuit of the vanities of this world has robbed many people of far greater and better blessings from God. It is not bad to want to achieve something great or pursue a good cause, but if you try to outrun God, you may never achieve that goal, and worse still, you may pay for it with something very precious to you. God knows your desires; in fact, it is likely that He is the one who put them there. He knows the best times and the best ways for those desires to be accomplished, so, don’t try to act smarter than the One who made your brain.
